Our panties are 100% organic cotton, a soft and durable option for your period. Unlike traditional cotton, our organic cotton consumes half as much water and excludes all harmful substances thanks to the use of natural fertilizers rather than pesticides and insecticides.
The absorbent part of the panty is made of lyocell, a sustainable and ecological fiber produced from eucalyptus pulp. Thanks to its microfibrillated cellulose, lyocell has a strong absorption capacity, absorbing up to 50% more moisture than cotton. In addition, it limits the growth of bacteria and odors, ensuring comfortable and fresh wear throughout the day. The last layer of the panty is waterproof thanks to a mixture of polyester and polyurethane, preventing any risk of leakage.
With all these carefully selected textiles, the panty breathes, avoiding any sensation of moisture and unpleasant odor. You can be sure to stay comfortable and protected without the risk of leakage. If the panty fits your flow, you can even forget that you have your period during the day, making it extremely convenient. All the textiles used are certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, guaranteeing you a panty that respects your health and the environment.
You can clean your menstrual panties by hand or in the washing machine. However, we recommend that you clean it with every cycle in the washing machine for a more thorough cleaning. When you remove your panties, you should rinse them with cold water by gently squeezing the absorbent part, thus removing the excess blood until the water runs clear. You can then let it air dry while you make a machine. If your panties dry out in the meantime, this is not a problem. When you make a machine, you put it with the rest of your laundry and select a normal wash program at 30°C. Our tip: put it in a laundry net to keep it even longer. When you clean it by hand, it is important to use a mild soap and insist on the absorbent part, you rinse well and let it air dry.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Orders may take 1 to 3 working days to be delivered.
France, Belgium and Luxembourg: your order may take 5 to 7 working days.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
When your order is placed, you have 24 hours to modify your order, just write to us at: welcome@bymetanoia.ch Beyond this period, it is not possible to modify it. If you want to order an additional item, it must be recommended. If on the contrary, you wish to change the item or return, you will find your answer in the return & refund section.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND?
Yes, we also deliver to Liechtenstein, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. If you are in another country, you can write to us to make a request.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Your panties can be returned if they have not been worn or washed. If the product you return appears to be defective, a refund will not be made.
CAN I RETURN A PAIR OF PANTIES THAT I HAVE TRIED ON?
If you are not sure of your size or the item, you can try it on only with an underwear. If the product you return appears to be defective, a refund will not be made.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PANTIES?
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: simply return the item with the completed return form inside your envelope/package within 30 days of receiving your order. Your return slip includes the return address, so you can go to the post office and send your package back. If necessary, you can write us an email and we will answer you during the day (between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.).
France, Belgium and Luxembourg: you must send us an email to the following address: welcome@bymetanoia.ch, with the subject: "return and your order number" (number found in your order confirmation email). We will respond to you within the day and we will provide you with the return address.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?
The return costs are at your expense except in case of error on our part and this for all countries.
WHEN WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
After reception and control of the returned articles, the refund will be made within 15 days maximum following the same method of payment as at the purchase, you can however decide to be refunded in gift card.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
It is not possible to exchange the items of an order but only to return them to get their refund, you must send back your items then recommend on our website.
I HAVE LOST MY RETURN FORM, WHAT DO I DO? ( EXCL. SWITZERLAND AND LIECHTENSTEIN)
When you received your package, you received a delivery note. This delivery note includes the return address. If you have thrown away or lost your voucher, you can send us an email at: welcome@bymetanoia.ch with the subject "return and your order number" (number found in your order confirmation email) . We will respond to you within the day and we will provide you with the return address.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If this is the case, you must send us an email to the address: welcome@bymetanoia.ch with the subject of the email: "wrong item and order number", as well as a photo of the item you have received. As soon as you notify us and return the panties, we will send you the correct model and reimburse you for the return costs.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card or make a bank transfer to us. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you can also use the TWINT application. If you use the transfer option, the order will be prepared upon confirmation to our bank account.
