CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Your panties can be returned if they have not been worn or washed. If the product you return appears to be defective, a refund will not be made.
CAN I RETURN A PAIR OF PANTIES THAT I HAVE TRIED ON?
If you are not sure of your size or the item, you can try it on only with an underwear. If the product you return appears to be defective, a refund will not be made.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PANTIES?
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: simply return the item with the completed return form inside your envelope/package within 30 days of receiving your order. Your return slip includes the return address, so you can go to the post office and send your package back. If necessary, you can write us an email and we will answer you during the day (between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.).
France, Belgium and Luxembourg: you must send us an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject: "return and your order number" (number found in your order confirmation email). We will respond to you within the day and we will provide you with the return address.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?
The return costs are at your expense except in case of error on our part and this for all countries.
WHEN WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
After reception and control of the returned articles, the refund will be made within 15 days maximum following the same method of payment as at the purchase, you can however decide to be refunded in gift card.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
It is not possible to exchange the items of an order but only to return them to get their refund, you must send back your items then recommend on our website.
I HAVE LOST MY RETURN FORM, WHAT DO I DO? ( EXCL. SWITZERLAND AND LIECHTENSTEIN)
When you received your package, you received a delivery note. This delivery note includes the return address. If you have thrown away or lost your voucher, you can send us an email at: email@example.com with the subject "return and your order number" (number found in your order confirmation email) . We will respond to you within the day and we will provide you with the return address.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If this is the case, you must send us an email to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject of the email: "wrong item and order number", as well as a photo of the item you have received. As soon as you notify us and return the panties, we will send you the correct model and reimburse you for the return costs.
